Some (okay all) of you have wondered why Montana!? Neither one of us are from Montana nor have we spent very much time there. Well, in the little wedding planning that we started doing we realized quickly what our hearts and visions were for a wedding, for OUR wedding. Weddings can be so easily made up of beautiful decorations, events, and tedious details that it can start to become overwhelming and you wonder how you even got to that point! Now don't get me wrong, those types of weddings are incredible, but it wasn't "us" and we knew we would soon be lost in an event instead of our wedding! So one night when I (Elizabeth) couldn't sleep I started googling images of one of my most favorite places on Earth- Montana. There is something incredibly peaceful and simple, yet magical and breathtaking about those mountains. I knew right then that Montana was where my dream wedding to be, except no one else knew it yet! At that moment I didn't have a care in the world about the decorations, the food, the music, or what unknown detail could go wrong, I knew my heart was with James in those mountains & meadows in Montana. By morning I had found a venue and was giddy to talk to my fiance about it. The next morning I told James all about my new idea. We talked about the pros and cons, the challenges and thrills, and everything in between. After processing what this would mean, we both felt so much peace, joy, and excitement about our new wedding adventure in Montana!

Though James and I are both ecstatic to have our dream wedding in the beautiful quaint mountains of Montana, we could not imagine it without our family and friends. We hope each one of you will be there, if not in person, than in spirit and in your prayers. You have helped to shape and mold us into the people we are today. You hold such a special place in our hearts and we love you! Thank you for all your support and love for us over the years and for always being there for us. WE ARE GETTING MARRIED! Now lets CELEBRATE!!
