We are delighted to have you at our wedding celebration at Barceló Bávaro Palace. To ensure you can fully participate in all the festivities leading up to our special day, we recommend booking your stay directly at the resort. This will provide you with convenient access to the various activities we have planned and allow you to enjoy the resort’s extensive amenities. For guests who choose to stay off-site, please be aware that Barceló Bávaro Palace requires the purchase of a day pass to attend the wedding events. The cost of this day pass varies and is subject to change; for the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend contacting the resort directly. Please note that the day pass fee grants access to the resort and its facilities for the duration specified by the resort.

We recommend booking your trip for at least January 14 through January 19, to enjoy the full wedding experience and all the festivities we have planned. Our wedding celebration will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2026, but we kindly suggest arriving no later than Wednesday, January 15. We’ll be kicking things off with a Welcome Party that evening, followed by our Bachelor/ Bachelorette parties and we’d love for you to be there! It’ll be a fun and relaxed way for everyone to meet, mingle, and start celebrating together. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable time with you in paradise!

Even though the wedding ceremony and reception are adults-only. Children and additional family are more than welcome to join in on your family vacation.

The ceremony will be outdoors in the beautiful and luxurious Chill Out Area, followed by a cocktail hour. Join us afterward for dinner and dancing at the indoor reception.

Yes! All travelers entering the Dominican Republic are required to complete a free e-Ticket form. This must be filled out before arrival and includes immigration, customs, and health information. Once completed, you’ll receive a QR code, please save it or screenshot it, as you’ll need to show it at the airport upon arrival and departure.
