What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive no later at 3:45pm. Please feel free to arrive early, Gervasi is a beautiful place to explore.
Is the ceremony or reception indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be under the pavilion.
What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal.
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding day as an adult-only event with the exception for nieces and nephews in the wedding party that will be there for the ceremony. If you need help with child care please let us know and we can assist you.
Can I bring a plus one?
As we are trying to keep it as an intimate event we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We would love for our guests to be fully present when we say ‘I do.' During the ceremony we ask for no phones or cameras and to leave this to the professional photographers (and we will of course share all images with you once we receive them). You can however take as many photos as you like for the rest of the celebrations.
When should I RSVP
We ask that you RSVP promptly so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is the 10th July 2025. If you have not RSVP’d by this date we will have to count you as a ‘no’. Please refer to our RSVP page where you can RSVP to each event!
Is there parking available?
Upon entering the property, follow the on-site signage directing you to The Pavilion's designated parking area. For personalized assistance or detailed directions, please contact Gervasi Vineyard at (330) 497-1000.
Are there hotel blocks available?
Yes! Please see the travel tab.
Is transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?
There will be two 11-passenger vans running in tandem, meaning only one van leaves the hotel at a time while the other remains nearby for airport transportation. Each van can take up to 11 guests per trip and will make two runs, allowing them to transport a total of 44 guests in four trips.
How It Works:
When you check in, if you booked within our wedding block, you’ll be asked to sign up for a shuttle time. This ensures an organized schedule so everyone gets a seat, and we don’t have a last-minute rush.
Shuttle departure times are based on the ceremony music start time. The shuttle will leave at 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM, and 3:30 PM to ensure all guests arrive on time.
Return Shuttle:
A van will arrive 15 minutes before the reception ends.
Shuttles back to the hotel are first come, first served—when one fills up, it leaves, and the next one returns for more guests.
