After meeting in the halls of Matt’s fraternity, Delta Upsilon at Wazzu (GO COUGS!) — on several occasions—Liz and Matt were quickly smitten after the Ciroc Date Dash in January, 2014.


Brought together by their mutual love of music, particularly a relatively obscure mix called: Now That’s What I Call Sexy Music vol. 1 — Liz & Matt’s love grew with each passing day they spent laughing, dancing, growing, & living life together. After Matt graduated in 2015 and moved to Los Angeles, they embarked on a three-year long distance journey of text messages, FaceTimes, and phone calls--before Elizabeth and Obi joined him in the Southland in 2018.


Their love is bolstered by the love of those around them. The community who has helped bring their love story to this auspicious next chapter, after celebrating a decade of life & growth with one another…
