Will’s and my lives have always been intertwined, from being across the hall in kindergarten to show choir in middle school and band throughout high school. We started talking daily during the summer before our senior year of high school.

As the school year began, my birthday quickly approached. During lunch one day, I was explaining to Will how my only birthday present that year was going to arrive late. Will, being his usual goofy and sweet self, said he would bring me milk and cookies so I’d have a gift to open on my birthday.

The day went on, school dismissed, and I came home for the evening. I remember calling Will and catching him off guard when I asked when he was coming over with my “gift.” Shortly after our phone call, Will pulled into my driveway with a half-gallon of milk and a pack of Oreos. We sat in my living room and talked for hours.

We officially started dating on September 9, 2018. We went to homecoming and prom together, won grand champions at what would soon become our college, and finally graduated high school together. We dated all through senior year, four years of college, and one and a half years of long distance before our big day!

We’re so excited to start this new and exciting chapter of our lives and can’t wait to share it with our friends and family!
