Leah has the honor of being Betsy’s maid of honor and best friend since 2004. They have been through so many highs, like graduating high school together, and lows, like when Leah thought Betsy fell off a boat in 8th grade. They share a love of Twilight, musicals, video games, and reading. There are so many moments that Leah and Betsy have been able to celebrate together, and now Leah is thrilled to watch Betsy and Jacob celebrate their eternal love!

Chel and Jacob have been friends for nearly a decade now, and it continues to grow stronger every year! They have both gotten each other through the worst of times as well as some of the best. They bonded over their love of streaming, video games, anime, and music. Chel was honored when Jacob asked them to be his Best Man, and they cannot wait celebrate Jacob's and Betsy love on their wedding day!

Erica and Betsy have been best friends since college. They were introduced through Leah Malakoff, and the 3 of them, along with Sydney Swinger, were inseparable. Betsy would frequently find Erica sitting on her dorm room bed when she got back from class, often accompanied by a cardboard cutout of Draco Malfoy. She must not have been too upset that Erica was always in her room, because they shortly after got an apartment off campus together. One of Erica’s favorite memories of Betsy was when they took a road trip and went to Universal Studios with Draco Malfoy. Erica is excited to celebrate the beginning of Betsy and Jacob’s lives together, and cannot wait to see the shenanigans they get into

Nancy met Jacob back in 2020 as a fellow nerd and content creator on TikTok. Although neither of them does content creation anymore, they remained very close friends. From game nights to annual group get togethers, Jacob is always someone Nancy can rely on to tell a good story or help assuage some woes. When Jacob told her about meeting Betsy, she knew that this was something special. Their love is beautiful and full of support, and she is honored to be a part of their big day!

Kiersten has known Betsy since they were bridesmaids together in Emily's wedding about 5 years ago. This is when they were able to bond over their love of Disney and start a friendship. Since then we have been able to share moments in Disney together and dance the night away at multiple occasions. Kiersten can't wait to be apart of Betsy and Jacob’s big day and celebrate the love they share.

Austin is from New Hampshire. He enjoys any chance he can get to have a party to play some board games or chill a night playing some video games. Austin met Jacob back in the early Twitch streaming days, and Jacob hasn't been able to get rid of him since. He's usually the one pushing for movie nights and will end the night sharing a YouTube meme compilation for a good laugh.

Lauren had the pleasure of meeting Betsy through Emily Cohen. Even though Lauren also grew up in Howard County, went to Towson University, and is also a Disney College Program Alumni. Somehow their paths never crossed. Weird right? Betsy is the friend that Lauren wishes she met sooner in life! They share a love for everything Disney (except for Figment), Twilight, reading, and soon to be Harry Potter (Lauren is currently watching all the Harry Potter movies and is a Hufflepuff in case anyone was curious). Lauren is a friend that Betsy can always rely on, even when she needs a good laugh. Lauren cannot wait to watch Betsy marry the man of her dreams and finally have her well deserved happily ever after.

Who would have thought that 10 year old Sean's decision to play a Playstation 2 centered around Final Fantasy and Disney would help lead to becoming best friends with one of the most amazing people out there. Sean and Jacob share a love and passion for RPG video games and their storytelling abilities; often leading to hour long conversations gushing about characters and worlds. There's a grounded chaos that these two create time and time again; though Jacob is usually the one grounding....usually. They've shared as many deep talks as they have memes and Sean wouldn't have it any other way. Whether Jacob realizes it or not, Sean wouldn't be here if it weren't for him, and he is forever grateful to have met him. Jacob has helped Sean and so many others more than he will ever know. He also introduced Sean to Betsy, who has also become one of Sean's best friends. Sean sends his love to both of them and wishes them a lifetime full of happiness!

Sydney and Betsy met in 2011 on the first day of their freshman year at Towson University. They bonded over their love of Disney, Harry Potter, and Tumblr! Fourteen years later, their friendship is still going strong. Although they live in separate states and don't get to see each other often, Sydney and Betsy are always there for each other and keep up with everything going on in their lives. Sydney is so excited for Betsy and Jacob and can't wait to celebrate their love!

Jessie is a writer and Twitch streamer from Ontario, Canada, and has been one of Jacob's besties for four incredible years. Their adventures include many hours laughing over video games, time travelling to the Renaissance, and their shared love of all things spooky. Jacob appeared at one of the hardest times of Jessie's life, and she is tankful every single day for that serendipitous algorithm. She is even more thankful to be able to celebrate Jacob and Betsy's goal worthy love!

Emily met Betsy in the theatre department at Towson University. They shared a love for Disney, and both did a college program together. It's extra special because Betsy introduced Emily to her husband! They call Betsy their "matchmaker". Emily and Betsy have a wonderful friendship, and Emily cannot wait to celebrate the love of Betsy and Jacob.

Craig met Jacob via the internet during the early days of the pandemic. “Crazy how you become best friends with someone on the internet who was obsessed with video games and branded themselves after breakfast food”, noted Craig. Later, Craig relayed his happiness that Jacob and Betsy found each other. “They both deserve happiness and are amazing people separately, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for them together”.
