Hotel: So with us being downtown, it makes hotel accommodations for all of our out-of-town guests very easy! We have reserved a block of rooms at two hotels.

Be sure to book under our group blocks to receive the discounted rate!! Weekend rates are sky high this weekend due to the Brickyard 400 taking place!

This hotel is 1 mile from the venue. Parking is in a parking garage attached to the hotel with a nightly fee. However Mavris Arts & Events Center does allow free overnight parking if you want to leave your car at the venue to avoid hotel parking fees 🙂🙂🙂

2). Courtyard by Marriott Indy at the Capitol Marriott.com/INDCD

This hotel is 1.6 miles from the venue. Parking is in an open lot with a small overnight fee. Again, feel free to leave your car at Mavris if you’d like to avoid the fee. 


Parking at the Venue: Parking is not attached to the building, so make sure to read this!! It is located at the address 603 E Washington Street parking lot. This is 1 block away. It has a sign at the entrances named 603 and has signs in the grass stating that it is for our venue - Mavris Arts & Events Center. After parking here, walk south under the train bridge, and it will be the first building on your left! Take a left into the courtyard and you will see a black awning leading up stairs to a door - this will be the main entrance.

Also, Mavris allows cars to be parked overnight!! So purchase an Uber and don't drink and drive!! PLEASE :)

Last note, Mavris security will happily and willingly walk you to your car in the parking lot at night since we will be in downtown Indy!
