It All Began With Coffee, Books, And A Sister....
We First Met at a Small Coffee Shop in St. Joseph, MO
One night, Elizabeth's sister came home and told her, "You've got to meet this guy!" So, she arranged a meet up at one of Elizabeth's favorite spots, Hazels Coffee Shop. She, as she always did, had a stack of books sitting next to her. Right away, they hit it off!
Then Life Happened and they drifted apart until...
Elizabeth's sister's wedding, where she saw him again and immediately, neither could keep their eyes off each other. So, they planned a date and went to Krug Park for chess, pizza, and feeding ducks at the pond.
A Few Months Later...
They made it official! On October 4th, 2019, Keegan asked Elizabeth one night after a very fun date!
One Degree, Several Jobs, and Five Years Later...
On August 10, Keegan took them to the spot of their first date: Krug Park. They played chess, just as they did their first date. Until Keegan took them on a walk where he finally proposed, and Elizabeth enthusiastically asked if he was "Going to the put the ring on already." (In other words, yes)
