If you know Elizabeth, you know she loves to dance on a night out, so it’s only fitting that she met Adam at a bar in Minneapolis with dancing. One night out turned into plans to watch a Vikings game the very next day, and from there, the rest was history.

We instantly connected, falling more in love with every adventure. We quickly became close with each other’s friends, taking trips together to Lake of the Ozarks, Fort Myers, and Phoenix. Along the way, we discovered our shared love for working out, traveling, reading, watching sports, and just being downright silly together.

Fast forward to June 2025: we were in Venice, Italy, on a family trip with Adam’s side. Adam bravely carried the engagement ring around all day, even with countless “Beware of Pickpockets” signs staring him down. That evening, while strolling a quiet street along the canal, Adam popped the question, catching Elizabeth completely off guard. In true Adam fashion, it wasn’t the smoothest proposal (we only realized how close we were to the water after the fact), but it couldn’t have been more perfect.

We celebrated with a dreamy gondola ride through the canals, officially beginning our next chapter. Now Venice will always hold a special place in our hearts, the city where our forever began!!
