Our story began with a mutual friend introducing the two of us during a snowy March afternoon. A girl from Lockport, Liz with dreams of helping people and a boy from Rochester, Josh, with aspirations of touching people’s hearts. Through on and off conversations the seeds of the Big Day were planted on August 19th 2019 when the Josh asked Liz if she wanted to date for a few. She said yes and neither could’ve possibly imagined what would come next. As they learned how to love and support each other they encountered the Covid Pandemic which threw obstacles in their way but determined by love they persevered and not only grew stronger as a couple, but as individuals as well. As the months passed the couple moved in together with their dog Lucy and cat Al. It was during this time Josh expressed to his closest friends he wished to marry Liz. With the support of family and friends on each side Josh knew it was time. After three and half years, April 2nd 2023 came and the Josh asked Liz to marry him. Liz said yes, of course. Now they are ready to celebrate their love with friends and family and to continue their story as Husband and Wife.
