Yes! There is ample parking located close to the Pavilion.

Formal attire means that men should wear a suit or dress shirt and tie. For women, a long dress, formal separates, dressy suit or a cocktail length dress would be appropriate.

Both! The ceremony will be held outdoors.The reception and cocktail hour will be held indoors. The pavilion does have heating and air conditioning.

Our ceremony will officially begin at 5pm. We would suggest arriving by 4:45, so that you can comfortably park, find your seat and settle in before we say "I DO"!

Yes! Pick up will start at 4:15 at the Hilton Garden Inn to bring people to Emerson Park and will start runs back to the hotel at 9:30!
