Being in the heart of the Clearwater national forest you’ll have so many opportunities for fishing! Including famous places such as the North Fork of the Clearwater River for fly fishing. Also several reservoirs like Dworshak, Deer Creek, and Deyo. Ask around and you’ll be given more than enough recommendations to fish your heart out.

In the 1860s Pierce was founded on gold mining. To this day not only is gold still found here but garnets, quartz, and other semiprecious gems as well. Try your hand at digging around to see what you find! Chad and Elizabeth will understand if you show up with dirt on your clothes.

Being in the mountains means there are trails galore. The reservoirs surrounding our area have short easy trails, or if you’re up for a challenge check out the trails around the North Fork of the Clearwater River. There’s hiking for everyone here, and plenty of room.
