It all started August 31, 2009, at Milby High School. Liz was entering her freshman year, and Luis his senior year.

They met in JROTC, Luis was Lizz's platoon leader and she was instantly smitten.

She would catch him looking, and he would catch her looking. During the winter break, though they didn't see each other, they couldn't stop thinking of one another. This continued well into the Spring semester.

Finally, on February 16, 2010, after a PT meet, Luis ran after Lizz as she was leaving. It was then that he admitted to having feelings for her for a long time, and she admitted the same. Thus began their journey of "Becoming Moreno"...

Luis graduated high school and went on to HCC, and when Lizz graduated, they both attended UHD in pursue of STEM degrees.

Shortly after Lizz graduated college, they became pregnant with their first son, Nicholas Magnus Moreno, born on February 26, 2020. When Nicholas was 8 months old, they became pregnant with their 2nd son Marcus Aurelius Moreno, born on July 15, 2021.

Luis and Lizz have a rich history, having conquered many obstacles together in their 14 years.

Now, they will join together in marriage on October 4, 2024, in the presence of God, their friends, and family, and will finally achieve "Becoming Moreno"...
