**PLEASE NOTE: we are taking several precautions due to the extreme heat. There will be several water stations. We’ll be in shaded areas. There will be hand fans available. During cocktail hour, guests are welcome to head into the barn. The barn isn’t air conditioned but there are many fans and swamp coolers that make a noticeable difference. DRESS COMFORTABLY!**
We are so looking forward to a fun evening celebrating our love with all of our friends and family at the beautiful Canyon Run Ranch. The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outdoors, and the reception will be in an open barn.
We want our guests to be comfortable; if you aren't sure how to dress casually for a wedding please follow the link below. Suit jackets and high heels are NOT recommended! We will be in an outdoor venue in the middle of June. Paths between the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are not paved. Wearing heels isn't recommended by the venue.

For those of you staying at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn, shuttle service will be provided to and from the wedding. Please see the Shuttle Service page for more info.
For anyone else: please plan on scheduling ubers, lyfts, DDs etc. prior to leaving for our wedding. There aren't many in Pleasant Hill! Vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 11am the following morning.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
While we love your children, the only ones invited are those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

We will have our wonderful golf-cart chauffeurs taking people from parking to the ceremony site. Beverages will be provided. The ceremony will start at 4:30.

Cocktail Hour
Guests will be chauffered from the ceremony site to the lower level of the barn for appetizers and beverages. Drinks will be provided to guests while waiting for a ride back to the barn from the ceremony.
