What is the dress code?
Our wedding will be a formal affair. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a dark suit and tie, while ladies can opt for a floor-length gown or formal cocktail dress. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Will overnight accommodations be available?
Yes! We have reserved two room blocks. At this time, the room block at Courtyard Philadelphia Springfield is fully booked. Guests who still wish to reserve a room may do so through our second room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square. More information can be found at the "Hotel Accommodations" tab. All reservations must be made before September 18, 2025. All guests who spend the night are invited to join the newlyweds for a continental breakfast the next morning at the La Vista Room in Courtyard Philadelphia Springfield.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Am I allowed to bring my children?
While we love your little ones, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. If your children's names are not included on your personalized invitation, we kindly ask that you leave them at home or make other arrangements for them.
Will transportation be provided to and from the church?
No, transportation will not be provided. However, there will be ample parking at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church and Springfield Country Club.
How far is St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church from Springfield Country Club?
A brief, 10-15 minute drive!
Will transportation be provided to and from Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square?
Yes! Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between this hotel and Springfield Country Club on the night of the reception. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30 p.m., and the shuttle will leave the country club at 10 p.m., 12 a.m. and 2 a.m.
What time should I arrive for the wedding mass?
Mass will begin promptly at 2 p.m. We ask that all guests arrive at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church by 1:30 p.m. to be seated in time for the bridal party procession.
Once I arrive at the church, where should I sit?
We have opted not to assign a "bride's side" nor a "groom's side" at the church, so once you arrive for mass, feel free to sit in the pews on either side! We do ask that you sit in the center section of the church as close to the altar as possible. Look out for the ushers who will be greeting all guests as they arrive and helping them to their seats.
Am I allowed to take photos?
In order to maintain a spirit of reverence and respect during our wedding mass, we kindly ask that all cell phones remain completely turned off and no photos be taken. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture this special portion of our day. During cocktail hour, the reception and the after party, we encourage guests to take as many photos as they want!
What is your wedding hashtag?

What food will be served at the reception?
During cocktail hour, a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres and appetizer stations will be available. At dinner, guests will have the option of baked salmon or a duo of filet mignon and crab cake.
