Our Wedding

October 24, 2020 was a normal Saturday for Liz and Josh. Liz had traveled to the Twin Cities to visit some family that were in town, and Josh was down from Fargo visiting some of his best buddies for the weekend. Neither knew how much their lives were about to change with a simple swipe of the thumb. Liz and Josh were both quite a ways from home, and in a city with millions of people, but somehow they ended up matching on Bumble. They soon realized how far apart they really were, but despite that, they still wanted to see where things could go. After a couple weeks of continuous conversation, the two decided it was time to meet in person. Liz made the trek 2 1/2 hours to Fargo where Josh had planned a classic dinner and movie date - which clearly went very well. Josh knew there was something special when Liz mustered up the courage to hold his pet corn snake, Nymeria. For the next year, they spent almost every weekend together, alternating between Fargo, ND and Sartell, MN. They went to their favorite local restaurants and made each other their favorite meals, spent countless date nights at events or catching the newest movie, all while continuing to become closer as a couple. As time went on, they realized how truly special their relationship was, and decided to take the next big step. In December of 2021, Liz and Prince/Honey (her cat) moved up to Fargo to live with Josh, Ryker (his dog), and Nymeria (his pet corn snake). As their relationship kept flourishing, they decided to settle in and buy a house together in July, 2023. Not long after that, they added another furbaby to the family, their puppy Evie. On Sept 18, 2023, during a family trip to Germany, when the two were on a bridge overlooking the Neuschwanstein Castle, Josh knelt down and asked Liz to marry him. After a good minute (or five) of tears, she finally said, Yes! *phew* Liz will tell you that it was a literal fairytale moment. Their love for one another grows everyday, and they cannot wait to be able to call each other husband and wife. Surrounded by their most treasured family and friends, the day will be nothing less than a dream come true. They look forward to their big day full of love, celebration, and new chapters!

Shuttle from hotel to venue

Shuttle service will bring guests from hotels to the venue. Last shuttle before the ceremony will leave the hotels at 3:45 pm.

4:00 pm

Our ceremony will be held indoors.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the ceremony to allow for seating and any last-minute adjustments.

4:30 pm

Cocktail hour

Get up and mingle while enjoying some wine, cocktails, tap beer (hosted), soda, or juice along with a few of the Bride &amp; Groom’s favorite snacks.

Shuttle to &amp; from hotels will be available from 4:30 - 5:30 pm.

6:15 pm

Dinner

Enjoy a delicious buffet style meal followed by dessert.

8:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Party

Get on the dance floor and show us your best moves! Shuttle back to the hotels will be available from 8:00 - 11:45 pm
