WEDDING: We addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
WELCOME PARTY: This event is open to all guests and additional family members. WEDDING:While we love all of your children, we are limited on space. Please note how your save the date or invitation was address. If your invite was addressed to the "family" then the family plus children are invited to enjoy our big day. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to reach out to double check.
Where should we bring/send out wedding gift?
First and foremost, thank you in advance for your gift! With this being a destination wedding we kindly ask that you mail any large gifts to our home address at:

This will help us manage our car space on the travels home!
About the Venue
What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Trillium Wedding Venue which is location at:
2880 Utopia Way
Sevierville, TN 37876
The location is wheelchair and handicap accessible.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The evening will be both indoors and outdoors. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. Please note in late November the weather in this area is expected to be around 50-60 degrees. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a covered patio. Dinner will be indoors.
Is there a dress code?
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!
Will Alcohol Be Provided?
Yes! We will have an open bar of beer and wine! We ask kindly to not bring any flasks with your own alcohol and the bar does not offer shots. Please be respectful to venue's rules, we do not want to be fined for any rule breaking!!
Travel Details
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We do not have a specific block of hotels, however, we have recommended numerous prefered hotel options. We also encourage groups to explore cabins on Bluff Mountain, The Summit or Laurel Branch. Please see the "Travel" tab with cabin recommendations and the prefered hotels.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from my hotel/cabin?
We are so excited to offer door-to-door shuttle service to and from the wedding! By staying in the recommended locations on the travel tab you are ensuring that you will be able to be picked up for the wedding and dropped off at any point through the evening. The shuttle service will run guest to their accommodations throughout the night. (However, we hope you stay till the very end with us!)
Please note there is very limited parking at the venue (only about 25 spots) and the drive up to the venue is winding and extremely steep. We want to keep you safe and allow you to come enjoy the evening without worrying about driving up and down the mountain!
