Melvin “Gus” and I met through our family friends. It was a fortunate coincidence that Gus and Justin, who are very close friends, are also part of our family events. Justin is even married to my sister, Natalie, whom I always spend time with. Although Gus and I were aware of each other’s existence, it wasn’t until his birthday party that we sparked each other interests. He was incredibly charming and funny, and I couldn’t resist getting to know him better. I took the initiative to reach out to him first (which he loves to mention), and our relationship began to blossom. We have shared many wonderful adventures together during our time together, including multiple trips to New York City, celebrating holidays and visiting Disney World. We even share a home now, and we could not be more excited to start this new chapter in our lives and build our family. We are eagerly looking forward to having all of our loved ones join us at our wedding to share the love and laughter.
