Meeting before even our first memories were formed, Ashley has been by Elizabeth's side since they were 3 years old. From preschool at Immaculate, sticking it through all those awkward years of private school, to separating to attend 'rival' high schools, through the self discovery of college years, and now into adulthood where Liz is the proud Auntie to her and her husband, PJ's, 2 babies, Isla and Khalil. Ash has always been there, through all the phases of life so far, and many more years to come! I am grateful she is standing by my side for another milestone of my life.

Doug has been part of Tim's life since December 2013 when he went to his first Navy Squadron. For the past 12 years they have been through deployments, hangouts, kid's birthdays together, and more. Tim's oldest and Doug's oldest were born in the same week! Doug has one of Tim's cat's litters and has the brother from Tim's oldest dog, Kraken as well. Throughout the years they have got closer as some friends have gone and stayed. With so similarities between their families, as well as their consistent banter, they have formed a bond that will last a lifetime! Doug is the happy father of two children, Willow and Weston, and a loving husband to his wife Victoria!

Coming into high school part way through as the new kid, Elizabeth convinced Sami they were in fact the 'cool kids' to eat lunch with. Sami bought it :) and they were immediately off to gossiping and running errands together as their fun activities. Supporting each other through tumultuous relationships as well as always being just a text away, Sami has always been there to support Liz in whatever emotions she needed help with or simply to just vent. Sami spends her time tending to her plant babies and trying new adventures with her husband, Dustin. I am honored to have you by my side as I marry 'the one.'

Samantha Hall

John is Tim's oldest friend in his lineup, having known him since they were just wee sprouts at the ages of 8, unknowingly at that! Tim initially met John due to their fathers being friends from the Army, meeting in San Angelo, Texas. Later they would reunite in Austin, Texas, where they spent their years playing video games and adventuring in the surrounding rocky and tree filled landscape of South Austin. Although they lost contact for a few years, they were able to get back in touch to play some more video games and hang out, even meeting his wife, Meghann, at their home in Wyoming. It was a wonderful, however such a short time and Tim can't wait to see him again at his wedding! John currently has no children, other then the rambunctious house of pets him and Meghann have!

John Ferguson

When Elizabeth formed the GIVE club at CWU, she had no idea there were other people that enjoyed traveling as much as she did! Turns out, Cassie tops 'em all! ;) Once they met, hungout, and survived some weird adventures together, there was no separating them. They have adventured, climbed, jumped out of an airplane, and gotten lost along the way-together across the world! Future plans include trying group traveling with Liz and Tim, and with her fiancé, Justin. With many more adventures to come, I'm thrilled you've agreed to be my side for my biggest adventure yet!

Cassandra Wood

Tim and Devonte got to have the pleasure of meeting in the winter of 2016 when Devonte made his way out to the desert for a wonderfully HOT deployment. Since then, Tim and Devonte have had plenty of shenanigans on and off the plane, hanging out with each other, sending memes, and such. Devonte is the happy father to one little girl, Ellie, and a loving Husband to his wife Alyssa.

Joining AKP at CWU, Brandy was Elizabeth's mentor coming in. She has been by Liz's side, literally, holding her hair back. Brandy has helped guide Liz through personal and professional growth. She's helped traverse sticky situations Liz has gotten herself in. Even when Liz messes up, Brandy is always there to help, including the honest and sassy truth. Brandy is a true and genuine person, as well as a true friend, willing to help out anyone in need. I'm honored that Brandy not only chooses to be my friend but has agreed to stand up here with me today, to hold my hair back one more time, before handing over the responsibility.

Reese has been around now since 2019 when Tim transferred to his second command in Whidbey Island. Tim and Reese however, would not connect until the end of 2019 when they both transferred to a school house to become Navy Instructors, completing their tours there. Tim  followed him to another squadron directly after, and has now followed him through the schoolhouse pipeline that they were required to complete albeit a few months later. With their love of video games, anime, and D&D, they have easily held a bond and continue to do so. Reese is the father to little Ren and a loving husband to his wife Taylor!

Danielle and Elizabeth met when Liz returned to Ellensburg after graduation, gotta love those Pizza Hut days! They bonded over their passion for helping others, both majoring in Sociology/Social Work at CWU. When Danielle graduated, she joined Liz over on the west side as her roomie, really only having each other to lean on. Liz can always count on Danielle to be brutally honest, sincere, and wanting the best for everyone. Liz is thankful they are able to have such a real, all emotions on the table, no stone left unturn, conversations about anything, type of friendship. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys hanging out with her husband, Carson, and their 2 cats that attempt to assist them in video games. Thank you for accepting me for who I am and thank you for supporting me through this big journey ahead of me!

Tim and Chris met in 2020 while both working at the schoolhouse in Washington. Mahe, as everyone calls him, is a charismatic man who helped both Tim and Mason to better themselves as a friend, mentor, avid videogame and anime fan. Through the years, Mahe has watched Tim grow as a Sailor, a father, and as a mentee. Now that Mahe is a Chief in the Navy, he will be used by Tim continuously in regards to his Naval Career in hopes he can follow in his footsteps. Chris is the proud father of 3 older children, from a previous marriage, and a new born boy with his wife Holly, whom he loves deeply.

Katherine Keck - Officiant

Little sister of Elizabeth, Katie has always been such a nurturing soul, especially with their little brother, Alexander. She is passionate in her beliefs and strong willed when helping others. Katie is a master of words and we are honored to have her speak with love and wisdom as she carries out our ceremony!

Michael Simonson - Fun Bearer

Michael and Elizabeth met at Pizza Hut, as manager and new employee. But Michael and Liz hit it off as friends right away, Michael moving in almost immediately and continued living together for multiple years. Even through living together, Michael has been there through the good and the bad, roommates included. Thank you for putting up with my shenanigans for all these years! And thank you for bringing some fun to our wedding day!

Kymberlee Nute - Fun Bearer

Kymberlee and Elizabeth met at Pizza Hut all those years ago. Their friendship grew through mutual friends and spending more and more time together, Kym even living with Liz, Michael, and her now husband, Zachary, for awhile. Kym has gotten us together every summer for our annual friends camping trip, welcoming Timothy in recent years as well. We are sad we missed a year, but still plan on carrying out the tradition in our future! Thank you for being part of our special day!

Timothy's 2 little boys from his previous marriage, are the sweetest, kindest, and craziest little kids! Connor can tell you everything there is to know about dinosaurs, sharks, or anything he puts his mind to! He'll be our future scientist one day. Emmett is always climbing on something or comforting his big brother. He is such a sweetheart, always wanting to help with whatever task is at hand. Elizabeth has been blessed with their love and hugs and is beyond excited to officially call them her sons!

Juniper & Lily Biesold - Flower Girls

Technically cousins of Elizabeth, but we say nieces :) Juniper and Lily are the daughters of Liz's aunt, Sarah Keck, and her husband, Nick Biesold. These 2 cuties are spunky as ever! Juniper is smart and kind, always using her manners. Lily is adventurous and always down to get dirty in the mud with the bugs. We are delighted these sweethearts accepted to be part of our big day!

Abigail Hanson - Wedding Singer

Abigail was always like a 3rd sister, spending hours of the day hanging out, in the backyard, playing sports together, going to summer camps, and more. Watching Abbi in plays and musical performances over the years, she has become an inspiration to others to follow their passions. We are blessed that you all get the opportunity to hear her amazing voice to help celebrate our wedding day!

ALEXANDER KECK - ATTENDANT

Little brother of Elizabeth, Alex is a bookworm and knowledge collector. He is full of passion and will gladly have an in-depth conversation about politics, the world, books, and Harry Potter, to name a few. Alex recently married to his beautiful wife, Gabby, in England. They have crossed the pond to join us on our special day!

PRESTON HANSON - ATTENDANT

Growing up, the Keck kids and the Hanson kids were always close as cousins. Even though the boys were closer through the years, it's been a pleasure growing up together, especially now as adults. Watching Preston incorporate his love of baseball into his adult life is something to be proud of. We are blessed he's missing a big game today to be a part of our wedding today!

If you're looking for a leisurely walk with nature, Mount Vernon and Bellingham have some nice trails through the forest. To name a few: Little Mountain Park, Padilla Bay, and Skagit River River Walk.

One of Washington's beautiful mountains in the North Cascades National Park! You're so close being at our venue, take a scenic drive and enjoy the landscape! Mt. Baker ski area is also up the road about 1hr42min North.

Skagit Valley has plenty of greenspaces, trails, playground parks for kids and pets! Mount Vernon, Burlington, and Sedro Woolley has plenty of city parks, some with water features!

Farmer's Markets are all over! From Mount Vernon, Anacortes, La Connor, Bellingham, Sedro Woolley, there are plenty to choose from! Each have their own small home town vibes, local artist shops, good food, and local breweries and wineries to explore!

There are plenty of food options around!*If you get up in time, a childhood favorite of Elizabeth's was Mister T's Family Cafe in Mount Vernon and Coconut Kenny's in Burlington. Elizabeth's family enjoys The Office, Railroad Pizza, and Trainwreck in Burlington, along with Mi Mexico in Mount Vernon. The Keck side of the family is partial to Mexico Cafe, The Calico Cupboard, and COA Mexican in Mount Vernon. Flatstick Pub and Black Sheep in Bellingham, as well as Rachawadee in Mount Vernon, are some of Elizabeth and Timothy's date night spots. Any type of cuisine or restaurant you want to try, ask us and we will have a few recommendations! :)
