Why have you chosen not to include alcohol at the wedding?
Our decision to exclude alcohol from our wedding is a deeply thoughtful one, rooted in our desire to create a celebration that aligns with our values and reflects the love and respect we have for our guests.
After much prayer and reflection, we believe that this choice not only honors our commitment to each other but also aligns with what we feel would be pleasing to God. We want our wedding day to be a reflection of joy, love, and unity, and we believe that abstaining from alcohol contributes to this vision.
We've put careful consideration into alternative forms of entertainment, including appetizers, a lively DJ, and outdoor games, to ensure a festive and enjoyable atmosphere. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our decision. For those who may prefer an alcoholic beverage, we've listed nearby bars on the home page that guests are welcome to visit during the appetizer hour. Your support means the world to us as we embark on this meaningful journey together.
Will the ceremony be held indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress accordingly; it's expected to last about an hour.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the ceremony?
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The decision will be made the morning of the wedding. If moved indoors, you will be seated at your assigned dining table, as you would at the reception.
Where are you registered for gifts?
To celebrate our joyous occasion, we are registered at Crate and Barrel, along with a selection of additional options accessible via the registry tab at the top of this page. Your thoughtful consideration is truly appreciated, and we look forward to sharing this special day with you.
