We will be serving a plated duo entree of Braised Beef Short Rib and Pretzel Crusted Chicken with Port Wine Sauce, Dauphinoise Potatoes and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables.
If you have an allergy to mushrooms or green peppers and have noted it when you rsvped, then you will be served a chicken only entree. The salad course is a Michigan salad containing nuts, so if you have noted a nut allergy, the nuts will be removed before serving. It is always best to double check that all the nuts have been removed.
For children 12 and under, a children's meal of chicken fingers, fries, a vegetable, a fruit cup, and milk will be served.
