The Wedding Ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Charlotte, NC. The Cocktail Hour begins at 5:00 PM, followed by the Reception at 6:00 PM at Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard, Shelby, NC.

Please arrive at the church at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony (11:30 AM) to allow enough time to get everyone settled.

Please plan for about a 1 hour drive between St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Charlotte, NC and Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard in Shelby, NC. We recommend checking in to your hotel room at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Shelby, NC during this time as it is on the way to the reception venue. Feel free to also explore the Charlotte or Shelby areas during this time! We have included some ideas under the 'Things to Do' tab of our wedding website.

The Ceremony will be indoors at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Weather permitting, we will be having the Cocktail Hour in the outdoor garden area at Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The Reception will be held indoors.

The dress code is Formal Attire. For men, dark suits with a shirt and tie. For women, floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses, pantsuits, or dressy separates. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass at the Reception venue.

Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard is about a 1 hour drive from St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Please plan to drive or carpool from the Ceremony to the Reception. Both St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and Spinning Leaf at the Vineyard will have plenty of parking for all of our guests.

Yes! Both venues are wheelchair accessible.

Although we would love to host everyone, due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We have reserved spaces for the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP.

Yes, drinks are on us! There will be an open bar serving beer, wine, liquor, and soft drinks.

Yes! We have booked hotel room blocks for our guests at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Shelby, NC for Saturday, April 6. Room blocks will be held until March 5. We recommend staying in the Southpark area in Charlotte, NC on Friday, April 5 to be close to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. For more information, please refer to the 'Travel' page of our wedding website.
