This hotel is located about 10 minutes from the venue. We have rooms blocked at this hotel only. Rooms must be booked by September 27, 2024.

Reservation Details:

Guests will need to make their own individual reservations and provide credit card information at the time the reservations are made. Should they not cancel 5 days prior or no show they will be responsible for the charges.

Extended Dates

The blocked rate is available two days prior and two days post of the room block based on availability at that time. The guest will need to call the hotel to make reservations outside the block. 623-471-8400.

Reservation Cut Off Date

The cutoff date is September 27, 2024. Should a guest need to make reservations after that time the Group rate will not be available.

Individual Room Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation up to five days prior to their check in date.

Check In Check / Out Times

Check in is at 3:00pm and check out is 12:00pm. Early check in is available but cannot be guaranteed until the day of check in. It will depend on the amount of checkouts and when the rooms are cleaned and ready. If rooms are available we are happy to check Guests in early.

Parking

The prevailing parking rate at the time of the event will apply. It is currently $12.00 per night.

Restaurant

We do have a restaurant on property that is open for Breakfast 7:00am – 10:00am. Closed for Lunch.

Reopens at 5:00pm for the Bar and Dinner. The Hilton Garden Inn brand does not offer a complimentary breakfast.
