The Finest Club provides extra perks and services at the resort and is family friendly. When booking a Finest Club room, you will be located in building 4 or 5 for your room. Adults part of the Finest Club can still access adult only areas that apply to Excellence Club guests as well. The Excellence Club also provides extra perks and services at the resort but is specifically adults only. When booking an Excellence Club room, you will be located in building 6 for your room. There is an Excellence Club restaurant and lounge specified just for Excellence Club guests.

- Remember to only drink bottled/filtered water when in Mexico! The resort provides plenty of bottled water. - Tipping etiquette for transfers and extra services such as room service at the resort are appreciated and customary. Although it is an all-inclusive resort, it is recommended to travel with small bills to easily tip for extra services.
