There are three options of airports that you can fly into that are 1-2 hours from Lexington. Roanoke, Richmond, or Charlottesville. Lexington is 50 miles northeast of Roanoke, 138 miles west of Richmond, and 65 miles southeast of Charlottesville. Renting a car is recommended. Below are several hotel and B&B accommodation options.
