Our ceremony and reception venue is located about 1 hour away from the city of Albuquerque, in the heart of the Manzano Mountains. The ceremony will be located outdoors near a small pond, while the reception will be indoors with air conditioning.
Dress Code
Semi-formal is our dress code. We kindly ask no jeans/denim, sneakers, tees, or shorts. It will be mid summer in central New Mexico, so we recommend fabrics and styles that will help you stay cool, as the ceremony will be outside. We recommend linen, cotton, silk, etc.
Cash or Registry
If you chose to give a gift, firstly, thank you! We appreciate any type of support. We are in the process of searching for our first house. So a gift from the registry would be a great fit. But if you prefer a more versatile route, our cash fund on our website is available as well. Either options may be utilized for your convenience and preference.
Arrival Time
Our venue is in the Manzano Mountains, an hour commute from Albuquerque. We want to make sure you don’t miss a second of the night! We ask that you plan to arrive 20-25 minutes before the ceremony time.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that all of our guests live in the present moment with us and not take any photos or videos during the ceremony, as well as silence all phones. Don’t worry! Photos of the ceremony will be available afterward via our amazing photographer!
What’s the bar situation?
We will have an open bar with a selection of beers, wines, seltzers, Vodka and Tequila cocktails, and two signature cocktails.
How will parking work?
There are two available lots for our guests to park in. The first lot you will arrive at is about a 5 minute walk west to the ceremony location. It is located right next to the apple orchard. The second lot, located further west, down the road from the first lot, will be directed by Manzano Mountain Retreat staff and is a quick 2 minute walk to the ceremony site. The lot closest to our ceremony will have complimentary golf carts available for guests who need mobility accommodations.
