We can't wait to celebrate with you in true classic style at our black tie wedding. Get ready to step into the glitz and glamour of an old Hollywood, red carpet affair. We're encouraging guests to bring out their inner movie star with their fanciest threads. Tuxedos and bow ties or dark suits for the gents and stunning gowns or fancy cocktail dresses for the ladies—let's make it a night to remember!

We love your little ones, but our wedding is an adults-only event. If you are from out of town and need assistance with sitters, please let us know and we will do our best to help you make arrangements. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

There will be plenty of parking in the lot outside the venue for the entire evening.

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available at the Hilton for your entire stay.

We have negotiated a special rate at The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson which is very close to the wedding venue. More information is available on the Travel page of our site. Use this page to access the Kirby/Poulson room block and receive our special negotiated rate for the duration of your stay.

In order to accommodate those closest to our hearts, we are not able to include plus ones or additions. We really hope you can make it to the wedding as you really are a VIP in our world!

The ceremony seating will be open, available on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be assigned seating for dinner with lots of room for folks to mix and mingle.

Gifts? Getting married means we get presents? We will have a present table available at the event but you may also send gifts in advance to the parents of the Bride at 4938 East Dale Lane, Cave Creek, AZ 85331.

Nope, no restrictions on phone or camera use! Snap away and capture those special moments. During the ceremony, we kindly request that you please silence your electronics. Otherwise, go wild... and remember, whoever gets the best video of Tyler dancing gets major points from the Bride!

Transportation between the Hilton Hotel at Cavasson and Grayhawk Golf Club will be provided for guests staying at the Hilton.
