Elizabeth & Jason

In 2021, fate brought Elizabeth and Jason together while working at the same company. Elizabeth spent her days in the office, while Jason—recovering from a hyperextended elbow—was on light duty in the warehouse. Their paths began to cross, and what started as small talk quickly turned into a genuine connection. They bonded over their shared love for dogs, exchanging stories about Elizabeth’s newly adopted puppy, Charlie, and Jason’s beloved dog, Georgia. Jason offered tips from his own experience, and Elizabeth found herself looking forward to their daily chats. As they grew closer, they discovered yet another connection—they were both Leos, with birthdays only six days apart. It was clear the stars had aligned in more ways than one. In October of the same year, Jason worked up the courage to make the first move, inviting Elizabeth to join him and a few friends at a cozy brewery in upstate New York. He hoped she’d say yes—and she did. Even though beer wasn’t her drink of choice, Elizabeth couldn’t pass up the chance to spend time with him. When the night wound down, Jason wasn’t ready to say goodbye, so he invited everyone back to his place for a bonfire. Under the glow of colorful flames, with drinks in hand, they shared deep conversations and dreams, unaware that they were already falling for each other. The months that followed were filled with laughter, love, and countless hockey games together. As their bond grew stronger, October 2022 marked a new chapter—they welcomed a sweet puppy into their lives and named her Autumn, a living reminder of the beautiful season when their hearts had truly fallen for each other. One year, five months, and three beloved dogs later, Jason got down on one knee in the most magical place on earth—Walt Disney World in 2023—and asked Elizabeth to be his forever. Now, their greatest adventure yet is about to begin: becoming husband and wife.

Our Love Story

We kindly ask our guests to join us in cocktail attire as we celebrate our special day. We would love to see our friends and family dressed to impress! Gentlemen, a suit or dress shirt with a tie is perfect. Ladies, a midi or knee-length dress or chic separates are ideal. We kindly ask that you avoid neon colors, white, hats, and jeans.
