We ask that guests wear formal attire. The ceremony will be held outside during fall. No white/ivory/cream colours. No jeans please!

Guests over the age of 18 will have a plus one if it is written on the invitation. Due to capacity of the venue, we are trying to keep numbers for close family and friends only!

While we love your children, we please ask to have a babysitter available for the night! Unless your children are written on the invitation or a part of the wedding party, it will be an adult only event with an open bar and uncensored music! We hope you'll take this celebration as a date night kids free. We hope you understand!

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at the venue and on the street beside the venue. There is the banquet center beside the venue that guests are able to park at as well!

Our ceremony will (hopefully) be held outdoors on the terrace! In the event of rain, it will be held indoors. We ask that you please check the weather beforehand and dress accordingly for the weather!

Yes! Our wedding is held in a hotel for your convenience. There will be group rated rooms available under "Sarrazin/Hayes Wedding." To book, please call the front desk at the C Hotel. Make sure to do so in a timely manner as they have limited rooms available! In the chance that the rooms do book up, we can provide details of the next nearest hotel!

Our ceremony will be unplugged. While we love that you want to capture our day on your personal devices, we hired a photographer to capture the moment. We ask that your cellphones be turned off or on silent for the duration of our ceremony. Afterwards, you're more than welcome to take as many photos as you'd like.

Yes! There will be a signature cocktail, beer, house red & white wine, plus more available. Due to the bar restrictions, guests must be 19 and older unless in the wedding party.

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm! The ceremony is set to start promptly at 4:00pm!

You will be missed! If you cannot make our big day, please RSVP and select "no" so we can plan accordingly!

The wedding party will be whisked away for photos! While we are busy with photos, guests can head to the reception area for beverages and hors d'oeuvres.
