Like all modern love stories, we met online.

Our first date was to an Italian restaurant that was recommended to Eric. We hit it off right away, conversation came easy, and we were both interested in a second date.

We quickly found that we share many interests, like cooking, traveling, and more recently after moving in together, a new found “interest” of home renovation. As much as we love sharing interests, we like to learn about each other’s hobbies as well.

Our dog, Cooper, is also a big part of our lives! He loves to be a part of anything we are doing- going on walks, swimming in the lake, even jet ski rides. He doesn’t like to be left out.

In November of 2024, Eric proposed at the Scofield cabin in Nisswa, MN. Both sets of our parents were able to be there to help us celebrate. Since then, we have been busy wedding planning and can’t wait to celebrate with those we love most!
