Our ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early to park, mingle and find your seats. Please park in the lot on Prospect St.

Our cocktail hour begins after the conclusion of the ceremony. Head to the Cruiseport venue and you will be directed downstairs to the cocktail hour lounge by the event staff. There will be a mix of passed apps, a stationary apps display, open bar service along with some passed wine and beer. Cocktail hour will be followed by plated dinner, speeches and dancing! We cannot wait to see all your moves and show off our country dancing specials. Please park in the lot for the Cruiseport; there will be valet available starting at 4:30 pm. If you need, you can pickup cars the next morning starting at 9AM. For guests staying at the Beauport, you should receive a card at checkin with a number to call the shuttle that can be taken back to the hotel from the venue after the wedding.
