Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM, so please aim to arrive at around 5:00 to 5:15 PM.

Please RSVP by August 24th to allow us ample time to coordinate menu choices & seating arrangements with the venue.

Our ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting! Cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue.

A shuttle will be available to take guests from the hotel to the venue prior to the ceremony, and then back to the hotel after the reception. The first shuttle is scheduled to pick up guests at the hotel at 4:15 PM and the second shuttle will pick up around 4:50 PM. We ask that family members and anyone else who is able to takes the 4:15 PM shuttle to ensure there's room for everyone else on the 4:50 PM shuttle. Please note that the second shuttle will be leaving pretty promptly at 4:50 PM to ensure it arrives at the venue on time. Shuttles back to the hotel at the end of the night will pick guests up at the venue around 10:30 PM and 11:15 PM.

Guests are requested to wear formal attire. This could be a suit, a cocktail dress, or a nice pantsuit.

Due to venue capacity, we cannot host any additional guests other than those noted on your invitation.

We'll be keeping the party going at the hotel bar after the reception! The bar at the Aloft is open until 2 AM.
