Our story begins on the first day of college when we were placed in the same orientation group participating in icebreakers. Cody was looking for the prettiest girl to talk to. That's when he spotted Lizzie. From then on we became close while hanging out in our friend group. We both did everything we could to be around each other as possible until we made it official!

In our relationship, we found not just a partner, but a special someone with whom we could share our wildest dreams and most profound fears. Through the seasons of life, we weathered storms together, learning that the strength of our love is a beacon that guides us through even the darkest nights.

So, on August 14th, 2023 at a scenic cabin in the woods, Cody got on one knee and asked Lizzie to make him the happiest man in the world! There was no answer but yes, and so we are beginning the next chapter in our life and are counting the days until we are husband and wife!
