Elizabeth and Chad met at work in 1998, a long time ago. Such young love, the relationship was short lived, they went their own ways, however, they remained friends. Every so often Chad would reach out to Liz congratulating her when she graduated from nursing school, then again in September of 2007 for the birth of her son Nicholas. He never forgot about her; he knew there was something special about her. One random morning Chad sent a good morning text to Liz, while she was playing Solitaire on her Blackberry (remember those phones). She did not recognize the number, but she said, “good morning, but you have the wrong number.” Chad replied “Liz?” She said “yes, who is this?” And the romance began. Now both ready for love they started slowly with dinner dates, weekend getaways and tropical vacations. As time went by, their love grew and so did their family, Chad became a grandfather to beautiful twin girls Cara and Charleigh. On one evening they went to dinner with Chad’s brother Tony and sister-in-law Lucenda, to one of their favorite restaurant Casual Havana, and shortly after arrival Liz wanted Sangria. She noticed the waiter approaching their table very quickly with a tray; she thought it was a new appetizer or a new dish, Nope, it was a small black box!!!! What is it? she thought, she knew exactly what it was. But she also thought to herself “I don’t have a fresh manicure.” And there was the question she waited for; Chad said, “you already know the question!” We certainly know her reply, “YES!” She was so excited, Chad’s ring choice was stupendous, (impressive job Chad) Liz was overwhelmingly heart struck and full of joy. Now, they have reached a new chapter in their lives and want to share their joy and happiness with family and friends.
