We have arranged for a Dean Transportation shuttle to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony, and back to the hotel from the reception at the end of the night.


The shuttle will depart the hotel for the ceremony at 4pm. The shuttle has a capacity limit of 56 people, and will be first-come-first-serve in transporting guests to the ceremony. Guests hoping to use the shuttle to get to the ceremony should plan to board at the hotel entrance prior to the 4pm departure. If for some reason the shuttle is full, Uber is also a good option, or if you want to drive yourself to the venue but plan to consume alcohol, cars can be left at the Brookshire overnight and retrieved in the morning.


The shuttle will take trips back to the hotel from Brookshire every hour starting at 9:45pm.
