Alec and I met the modern way: by swiping right on a dating app in 2020. Our first date was very nostalgic. We watched a timeless classic, Jurassic Park, under the stars at the drive-in theater in Tulsa. On our second date, we enjoyed a peaceful summer afternoon at a park in Broken Arrow where we talked incessantly about the past, present, and future. We have been together ever since.

A few of our favorite memories from our time together: eating lots of Indian food, taking magical trips to Seabrook Island, consuming copious amounts of caffeine (aka... coffee), staying in a cabin near the Rocky Mountains, and spending time with family and friends.

Alec proposed by taking me to Turkey Mountain near a scenic overlook of Downtown Tulsa. I thought I got all dressed up just to hike up a mountain (crazy right?!). Although, as I admired the autumn view, Alec got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Needless to say, I said yes even after our small adventure through the woods.

We are so excited to celebrate with you at our wedding in June of 2024!
