Our Reception will be held at Admiral Kidd Conference & Catering Center on Naval Base Point Loma.

To access Naval Base Point Loma, you must register for entry and consent to a background check. This ensures the safety and security of everyone on the base.

Please Note:

- This process is only for guests 18 years old and above.

- If you already have base access (e.g., CAC, Dependent ID), you do not need to complete this registration.

- Please notify Anthony and/or Elizabeth if you do not need to register.

Registration Steps:

1. Visit [ https://dbids-global-enroll.dmdc.mil/preenrollui/#/landing-page ]

2. Follow the prompts and complete each section. Ensure your name matches the government-issued ID (i.e: driver's license or passport) you will present at the gate.

3. During registration, you’ll be asked for the following sponsor information:

- Date of Visit: FEB. 28, 2026

4. After registering, you will receive a six-character code. Please save or screenshot this code and email it to ramirezwedding0228@gmail.com. You must send your name and your six-character code to this email for base access. The QR code will say that is expires in a few months. Ignore that, all we need is the six-character code.

Important: The code alone will not grant you access to the base. A physical paper pass is required. You will be handed your physical pass at the gates of our venue. Make sure everyone in your party who is 18 years or older has sent their name along with their 6-digit code to us by December 1, 2025.

If you are a foreign national, also include the expiration date of your passport. This must be sent to Elizabeth well before the expiration date of the code to ensure timely processing.

Day of the Wedding:

You will be handed your paper pass at the gates of our venue before coming in. Again, code alone will not grant you access to the base. Guests that need base access; the paper pass is required for entry.

Only one form of government-issued ID is needed upon arrival at the gate. Please let entry know you are a guest of the Ramirez Wedding and then hand over your paper pass for entry. You will be given your paper pass at the gates, prior to entry.
