Wedding Reception Itinerary

4:00-5:00:Arrive at Tracy Aviary and do photos (please arrive by 4:30 to take photos with the bride and groom)

5:00-6:00: cocktail hour w/ drinks and snacks

5:30 photographer end time

6:00-7:00: dinner on lawn

7:00-7:15: Speeches

7:15-7:30: Dances with the parents, Elizabeth and her dad followed by Matt and his mom.

First dance for wedding couple right after;

welcome everyone else to the dance floor a minute into song.

8:30-8:45: wedding couple cuts the cake

-rest of cake is served

8:45 Bride throws bouquet

8:50-9:30: more dancing

9:30: send off at the front gate!
