To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend our celebrations. Our sibling's children will be apart of the ceremony and pictures, but will be leaving the reception early in the night. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 2 pm. The church can be a bit tricky to get to in the winter time so PLEASE plan to arrive to park 30 minutes before the ceremony time to allow yourself enough time to get into the church and be seated. We appreciate your thorough planning.

Yes, we respectfully ask that at the ceremony you will keep your phones turned off or on silent so that you can be fully present in our day with us. We also have professional photographers and videographers that will be capturing the day, we will make sure to make those memories available to you all!

The dress code is formal/black tie optional. We encourage warmer clothing and long dresses as the wedding will be taking place in the winter. We know you will all look FABULOUS!

There will not be provided transportation. Please plan responsibly. There is Uber available.

Before the day of, you can text, message, or call Ella or Jace. On the day of, we would prefer if you contact either of our family members so that we can be fully involved in our special day.

There are many hotels in the quad cities, however Ella and Jace booked a room block at the Element hotel and Axis hotel which are providing rooms at a discounted rate. Please follow the link found on your paper invitation to book a room. If rooms book out but you plan to stay at the element, please let us know ASAP so that we can extend the block. Thank you!
