Ella and T.J. met at Georgia Tech in November 2022 after being set up for an ADPi date night. They quickly hit it off on the bus ride to the venue, and not long after, T.J. asked Ella on their first date: dinner and ice skating in Piedmont Park.

Their relationship grew through Georgia Tech traditions, favorite Atlanta restaurants, family trips, lake weekends, and many more adventures together.

Three years later, T.J. planned a family trip to Ella’s favorite place, Kiawah Island, asked Ella’s father for his blessing, and bought a diamond ring. On New Year’s Eve, after the “best day ever,” T.J. asked Ella to go on a beach walk before dinner and proposed. With her family hidden nearby as a surprise, she said yes!

Now, they are prayerfully and joyfully preparing for marriage and look forward to celebrating with family and friends this fall in Brevard. Praise God for this precious gift and the adventure ahead!
