What is the timeline

The ceremony will start at 4PM. Dinner will be served starting at 5:30. The reception will start once the bridal party makes their entrance.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding is semi formal. We want you to be comfortable in what you're wearing but still dressed nicely! We also ask that you do not wear white!

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely! We love kids and we think they bring so much joy to the big day so as long as they are accounted for yes!

What time should I arrive?

Arriving 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony gives you enough time to park and get a seat. It also allows time if you need to use the restroom so that you are ready in time!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking a 30 minute hayrack ride and getting any last minute pictures. Guests can find their seat in the barn at this time where the reception will take place.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be taking place outdoor; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors and have a space you can go to be outside as well. If there is rain the ceremony will be inside as well.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

There is a big parking lot area that you will be able to park at for free.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

We do have a hotel block at The Holiday Inn in Southwest Lincoln. The address is 2500 Tamarin Ridge Rd Lincoln NE 68512. While it can be fun to stay with others from the wedding you do not have to if you find somewhere else! There is 20 rooms for Saturday and Sunday night. It is first come first serve! When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

The deadline is about a month and a half prior so April 1st is when we would love to know if you will be joining us! This is to ensure we have a correct count for food vendors. You are able to RSVP on the link located on your invitation. There is no mailing back option!

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Yes there will be dinner and dessert served at the reception!

Where are you registered?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found in the registry section on this website!
