Formal Evening Attire; dark suits for the gentlemen, Midi/Floor length dresses for the ladies; Dark, rich, and moody tones, please no pastels

The ceremony will take place under an outdoor pavilion. Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will also be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors. Weather dependent, heaters will be provided for ceremony/cocktail hour.

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking any photos or videos during our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. We invite everyone to take pictures and/or videos during the cocktail hour and reception - there will be a QR code posted to submit favorites to the bride and grooms virtual album.

There will be an open bar to guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

We will be having a prayer over the newly weds before dinner is served at the reception.

Yes, there is complementary valet parking at the ceremony/reception venue. Guests may leave their cars overnight and pick up on Sunday, 11/15 before 1pm. A complementary shuttle service will also be provided between the hotel and ceremony site throughout the evening.

We invite you to RSVP online using the QR code provided on your invitation or by mailing the RSVP card included in invitation envelope.

There are approximately 4-5 stairs into the reception hall and ceremony location. There is a gravel along parking location, however valet parking is complementary and guests are invited to pull up directly to the entrance.

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour following by a plated dinner with choice of entree. Dinner selection choices will be included in invitation and on RSVP.
