Hawk & I had many mutual friends, but we never talked to one another, despite being in the same places at the same times quite often.
My best friend thought she liked Hawk’s brother & one night, she asked me to tag along while she went to hang out with Hawk’s brother. Hawk happened to be third wheeling too.
Needless to say, Hawk & I hit it off way better than my best friend & his brother did. Since that night, Hawk & I have been completely inseperable. We are one another’s best friend & he is one of my very favorite humans in this world. We always have the most fun together, even if we are just working/sitting in the shop, on the tractor, riding around checking the fields he farms, or loving on our dogs, Sage & Posey.
After 2 years of dating & me begging Hawk to propose, he finally decided December 5th, 2024 was the perfect date to finally ask the question. Thank goodness!
Hawk & I have very different personalities, but balance each other out perfectly. He is the best guy I know. He is hardworking, genuine, kind hearted, and he always does the right thing. Since dating him, Hawk has encouraged me to deepen my relationship with Jesus Christ & has always made sure we put Him at the center of our relationship.
I cannot wait to marry him on November 8th & see what all God has in store for us!
