In 2019 Ellen was bartending at a tequila bar called Chivo while finishing up studies at The University of Tennessee. Fortaleza (the distillery that we are getting married at) was one of the first things Ellen poured Joe. He made certain to keep coming back for more of it. Four and a half years later and we are more than excited to be getting hitched!
