On June 4th, 2016 Ellen and Caleb matched online and Ellen sent Caleb a message that neither knew would change their lives. June 14th they met at Bryant Lake Bowl for their first date. Ellen naturally asked for a hug when Caleb walked in as she said "she wasn't a handshake kind of person". After they got over some initial nerves (especially Ellen's nerves of having to manually keep score during their bowling games with a math major), Caleb and Ellen had a blast. The following year, they took turns planning dates. From picnics, kayaking on lakes, roller skating, batting cages, delicious dinners, city fairs, mini-golf, water parks, walks along Main Street, to Twins games, including one Twins game where Caleb met Ellen's family three weeks into meeting each other. It was clear to both Ellen and Caleb that they were up for this new life of adventure together. Fast forward eight years, Caleb and Ellen have built a life full of love and adventure. On their 6th anniversary of being official, their family expanded with the addition of Mr. Buzz Dublin, their beloved dog. Saturday, December 16th, 2023 Caleb and Ellen went out for dinner and a show. They were seeing one of their favorite comedy groups that perform at the Renaissance Festival, The Danger Committee. After the show, they went to post-dinner drinks. Once parked, Caleb asked Ellen to walk down by the river. It was there that he paused the walk and asked Ellen if she would keep adventuring with him for life. On March 22, 2025, Caleb and Ellen cannot wait to celebrate their love with the community of people they deeply care about and who have impacted their lives.

Mosaic has underground parking available with direct elevator access to the wedding venue at $10 for up to 8 hours. We recommend the underground lot if you are not parking overnight. The entrance is on S 8th street between 5th Ave and Portland, next to the Kraus-Anderson building. Additionally, there are several parking lots and ramps in close proximity with inexpensive weekend parking. Further details are available at the website linked below.
