Itinerary

🛬 Arrival & Boarding – 3:00 PM

Join us for welcome drinks and a fun paper plane activity as guests arrive and get settled. Come early to mingle if you want!

💍 Ceremony – 4:00 PM

Our vows will take flight in a short, meaningful ceremony at the airfield. Plan is for outside ceremony, updated as needed.

🍹 Happy Hour – 4:30 PM

Grab a drink, snap some photos, and enjoy light bites while we get ready to celebrate.

🍽 Dinner – ~5:30 PM

Buffet-style dinner with something for everyone. Seating will be open — relax and enjoy!

🕺 Dancing & Celebration – After Dinner

Keep the celebration going with dancing, games, or good conversation.

🍰 Dessert Landing – 7:00 PM

Swing by the dessert station for sweet treats

🛩 Final Departure – 9:30 PM

The venue closes — thank you for celebrating with us! If you need to leave your car overnight, the venue is okay with that. Please pick it up the next day by 9 AM. Please plan for safe travel or accommodations

FAQ

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire, please — colorful is welcome! Feel free to show up in what makes you feel good and ready to celebrate. The venue has indoor and outdoor areas, so we recommend a pair of comfortable shoes and jacket for the evening. If you'd like inspiration, we’ve shared a harvest-themed palette below, but it’s totally optional.

Parking?

There is on-site parking at the venue. Vehicles can be left overnight if picked up by 9am the following day.

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones, but this will be a 13+ event. We appreciate your understanding.

When should I be there?

Ceremony will begin at 4pm, please join us at the Runway Bar for pre-ceremony drinks starting at 3pm to socialize, fold some paper airplanes and find a seat beforehand!

Food and Drinks?

We will provide snacks for before the ceremony and a catered dinner from Mississippi Delta with BBQ food and sides. Additionally, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided, please bring cash to tip your bar-tender!
