Brenden & Ellery met in the most traditional 20th century way, via Tinder in December of 2020. A quick swipe right for the both of them they planned a date at, a now favorite of theirs, Tequila Town. First sign that they were meant to be since Mexican food was one of their most favorite foods. Brenden drove from his hometown of Bluffton to an Island he use to always frequent growing up, Wilmington Island where Ellery grew up. He picked Ellery up from her parents house after a Christmas Party & they were off. After dinner & drinks, Brenden suggested a night out on the town since they were in the downtown area. They met up with some of Brenden’s friends and stayed out very late. The date ended early the next morning because they both didn’t want the night to end. After that, every weekend going forward they were inseparable. After spending every weekend together, and some week days when possibly, Brenden made the permanaent move to Savannah. They made Savannah a home & after living together for a few months they went through many challenges but realized the only person they would want standing by their side during those was each other. Fast forward 2 years later, in May of 2023, they took a trip to St. George, Utah for some time away with friends & to do some hiking. On the first day of their trip after hopping off the plane, doing some sight seeing, Brenden & Ellery climbed on top of a rock & he popped the question.
