As the ceremony begins at 4:30, we would like everyone to arrive at the venue by 4:00 to provide ample time for parking, walking, and being seated, as we will not be letting others into the venue once the ceremony has begun.

The venue has a working HVAC system as well as an outdoor area with heat lamps. As the wedding will be in October, expect mild temperatures. That being said, it can rain any day out of the year here in NC. Luckily, the venue has ample parking within walking distance.

Shortly, yes! Everything will be done inside the venue on the day of the wedding. There is a covered outdoor section with heat lamps as well for anybody who needs to step out of the venue for a minute.

While we love your little ones with all our heart, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Yes, there is a bar and waitstaff for anybody who would like wine or a cocktail. We understand that not everybody at this wedding will be drinking, as many of the participants abstain from alcohol for religious reasons. We have taken this into account and have adopted a consumption tab for the venue. It is a generous amount, but please bring cash if you plan on drinking later in the night, as the tab may run out. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY ALCOHOL INTO THE VENUE, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE VENUE.

Yes the main floor is accessible, but the upstairs portion of the venue will be inaccessible. Please feel free to message us with further questions or concerns regarding this issue.

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar with a consumption tab.

Yes, dinner will be served buffet style (food choices to come later). If you have any dietary restrictions or allergens, PLEASE notify us and the venue will full accommodate you, so much as to make your own meal and be served at the same time as the rest of your table.

No, we have not set up any form of transportation to and from the wedding venue. Please refer to our travel page for directions and guidance in meeting at the venue. We appreciate your effort to be there on time on the big day!

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Please include the guest's name in your RSVP.

The RSVP deadline for the wedding will be September 9th, 2024. You are welcome to RSVP using the online forum of this website, or if you feel more comfortable you can contact us personally to let us know if you will be attending the wedding.

You are welcome to take photos and post them on social media after the wedding, all that we ask is for you to please keep all devices away during the ceremony as we will have professional photographers present to capture the moment.
