Ellie and Kevin are both kid people and have nieces and nephews they would love to celebrate with - Kids are absolutely invited! Children of guests have been included on the guest list. Please just note the total number of guests on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

The ceremony at Valley life is at 4, with some time to transport over to the Reception at The River Center. There, the doors open at 5:00, or following the wedding ceremony. Dinner will be served around 6, followed by toasts, dancing, and desserts, with the Sendoff at 9.

You'll want to budget time for parking, as well as travel time between venues - Valley Life is located downtown and has access to two small lots on the same block, as well as street parking in the neighborhood. The River Center has a large parking lot on site, so parking there shouldn't be a problem. Both are in high traffic areas, so be sure to bring valuables with you.

Wear what you feel confident and special in! The attire is semi-formal, which translates into cocktail attire. Both locations are indoors, so you'll want a coat to get to and from your car.

Our reception area graciously allows for champagne toasts. We'll be serving non-alcoholic beverages with dinner. Please respect our contract with the venue by not bringing in your own alcohol.

We are so excited to celebrate with our close friends and family, and have included +1s to guests who may otherwise come alone. Unfortunately, our venues allow for a set number of people and we are not able to accommodate additional guests. We thank you in advance for your RSVP for the invited members of your party.

Lebanon has one fantastic Hotel - the Best Western near the hospital. Albany has several hotels that are rated highly as well. Please note that it is a OSU home game weekend, so it's best to get a head start finding accommodations. If you don't mind a hotel in Salem or Eugene, both of those cities are close and offer a variety of hotel options. There are also several lovely rental properties on Airbnb to check out, so don't miss those, either!

We'll be offering a designated gluten-free dish for those with gluten sensitivities, as well as dairy free-sides. Please note that the meal will not be certified allergy free. If your dietary needs require more care, you may wish to bring your own meal.
