We kindly request that our guests dress in beach formal attire. For men, suits and dress shoes are appropriate. For women, we suggest elegant midi or floor-length dresses. We encourage bright fun colors!

Yes we have a hotel block at Courtyard Amelia Island and Springhill Suites Amelia Island. The links to book are included on the Travel page. Booking for the hotel block closes March 11, 2026.

Our venue provides limited parking, if you choose to drive I would plan to arrive ahead of time. Once the lot is full they do not have overflow parking. We suggest that you Uber or use the shuttle service to and from the hotel blocks. If you are driving or Ubering, the gate code to access the property is #3515.

Yes, we will have a shuttle service pick up guests at the Courtyard Amelia Island and SpringHill Suites Amelia Island. The shuttle service will also provide transportation back to the hotels at the end of the night. Pick up for the wedding is at 4:30.

Due to head count restrictions, please do not bring a plus one unless it is stated on your invitation.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding unless otherwise stated on your invitation.
